Recognizing the fact that clinicians and suppliers are frequently asked to provide medical necessity justification for specialty enteral products by certain third party payers, we have created template letters that provide background information for many of our products. It is up to the supplier or referring health care professional to provide pertinent information based on the patient’s unique clinical needs. Sections of each letter have been left unprotected so that the author of the letter may include this type of information.
